Gerald’s House Initiative

Gerald’s House, formerly NAESM House, opened its doors in 1994 to provide comprehensive, affordable and secure housing options for individuals impacted with HIV/AIDS. We accept clients from various lifestyles and referral sources. Individuals facing economic, substance misuse, mental health and physical anomalies are provided the tools to effectively reconnect back into the community; counseling, case management, peer support and financial assistance.

Gerald’s Housing currently has the following programs available:

  • Emergency Housing
  • Transitional Housing
  • Permanent Housing Placement (PHP)
  • Short Term Rental, Mortgage and Utility (STRMU) Assistance
  • Rental Location Assistance
